How do I reset my password?

myDigitalOffice will email your credentials once your account is activated.

Check your spam folder for an email from myDigitalOffice before resetting your password.

  1. Go to https://launch.mydigitaloffice.com/ 
  2. Click Don’t remember your password? (under the Password field).
  3. Follow the onscreen prompts. 
  4. You will receive an email with a link for resetting your password.

If your property or Hotel Management Group is still onboarding your credentials may not have been activated yet.

Credentials are emailed once your account is activated (once approved by your Hotel Management Group).
