Log into the MDO Knowledge Base

Step 1: Log into the MDO Portal

myDigitalOffice will email your credentials once your account is activated.


  1. Go to https://launch2.mydigitaloffice.com
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
    If you don't know your password, follow the Reset your password instructions.
  3. Click Log In.


  4. The myDigitalOffice portal will load once you log in successfully.

Marriott Users

Marriott users need to log into the Marriott Extranet with their Marriott EID username and password.

If you encounter any password issues, you need to contact Marriott Support for assistance.


 
 

Step 2: Access the MDO Knowledge Base

  1. Click your name (top of page).
  2. Select Help.
  3. The MDO Knowledge Base will launch.
 
 
 

Have you received separate MDO Knowledge Base (HelpJuice) credentials?

  1. Open an incognito or guest browser.
  2. Go to https://helpjuice.com/users/sign_in  
  3. Enter your HelpJuice credentials and select Sign In.
 

Marriott users require separate credentials to access the MDO Knowledge Base. Submit a Support Ticket requesting access to the MDO Knowledge Base (HelpJuice).

 

Access to the full MDO Knowledge Base is restricted to those with access to the MDO solutions.
